Rental Rates

PLEASE OBTAIN YOUR ESTA TRAVEL AUTHORISATION BEFORE YOU BOOK YOUR TRIP, CURRENTLY COST $21.00 FOR 2 YEARS. IF FILLED IN INCORRECTLY OR YOUR NAME POSSIBLY RESEMBLES SOMEONE ON A WANTED LIST YOU COULD BE TURNED DOWN. THEN YOU NEED TO GO DOWN THE VISA ROUTE WITH AN APPOINTMENT AT AN EMBASSY, THIS COULD TAKE 6 MONTHS AND THEN NO GUARANTEE OF A VISA.

We are accepting bookings for 2024 and 2025 also.  2024 Rates from £975.00 per week plus £100.00 cleaning fee.  ALSO IF YOU WILL BE USING AN ELECTRIC CHARGING CAR THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL £8.00 PER DAY CHARGE.

Apart from Christmas and New Year our prices remain the same all year round, we do not take advantage and charge more for school holidays. 

To secure your chosen dates a non-refundable ( 14 day cooling off period allowed ) deposit of 25% of the total price is payable, with your completed booking form - please ask for details email us mark.shields@harris-shieldscollection.uk 

We aim to be as flexible as possible with arrival dates and durations.

8 Weeks prior to travel date, the balance (75%) 

Payment may be made by wire/bank transfer to our UK or USA bank account.

For your peace of mind the villa is owned by Harris Shields Collection Ltd. We own a chain of Estate and Lettings Agents in East and North Yorkshire with physical offices in Scarborough and Bridlington. We are members of the NAEA ( National Association of Estate Agents) and also members of The Guild Of Property Professionals . It means we follow a code of conduct and whilst this does not stretch to Florida, we hope it can re-assure you that we have a presence in the UK and are a respectable law abiding and long standing company with a good reputation. We are aware people can have trust issues when dealing with private owners. We are a bona-fide company, please feel free to check we are who we say we are.
