The villa was perfect honestly beautiful. So comfortable and everything we needed.I tried to do as much washing as possible when it came to the towels we were using so hopefully there wasn’t much to clean up when we left. Thanks so much for all the emails as well and keeping me up to date, your villa made an amazing holiday even better

We loved staying at this villa. A family of four so we had plenty of space. The villa had everything we needed and the master bedroom mattress is so comfortable!! We loved the pool and the hot tub - what an added bonus, with sun on the patio all day. It was great to view the abundance of wildlife from the tub after a busy day at the parks. The vacation management company were very helpful, efficient and friendly and on hand if we needed them. We loved the open plan style of the villa, the clubhouse was lovely too. Highgrove is so close to everything and so well situated. We’ve never stayed in this area before, but would definitely consider it again in the future. Thanks so much for letting us stay in your lovely home, it defintely had a big part to play in what was a fantastic holiday

A beautiful spacious villa with all the amenities, mini golf and parks for the kids and private pool and hot tub for the adults in your screened patio with beautiful views of the lake. Super friendly staff, thoroughly recommend this home and the booking agency. 
I've already planned my return.

 Lovely well located family villa with a lovely outlook. Nice sized swimming pool , open living area which is great . Short distance to the parks and shopping malls . On the complex there is a communal pool which is great if you want to use it . Loved it and will be returning .

We were a bit nervous as the villa changed ownership not long before our stay but I have to say that within a couple of days the new owner was in contact to introduce himself this immediately put our mind at ease. He then contacted us just before our stay the as soon as our stay was over this shows how much he cares about his guestsWe had stayed in the property last year so knew exactly what we were getting but I have to say in the short period of time the new owner has freshened the place with some paint, there are some new appliances in the kitchen, nice new cushions on the poolside furniture and nice new towels in the bathrooms. We were very surprised at all these nice updates in only a few weeks of owning the villa. The villa has everything we needed for a nice 2 week stay there was plenty of everything for us, I really don’t think there was anything missing from the property. The pool area is so nice and relaxing looking on to the lake at the side of the property. There is a nice games room with a pool table, air hockey and table tennis to keep you occupied on those rest days from the madness of the theme parksThe High Grove community is beautifully maintained and very well kept it is in a perfect location. We have spent many years in villas but this community is now where we like to return every year, there are not many where you can walk to the pub right at the entrance or if you don’t mind a short stroll then a walk up to Cagan Crossings you will find restaurants and a few shops ideal if you want a meal and a few drinks without having to driveWalmart and Publix are 2 minutes away and you can be on Disney property in not much more than 10 mins. Thank You again Mark for a wonderful stay and we hope to be back very soon

The villa was very well equipped and had everything we needed for our two week stay. The view across the water was beautiful and we had a couple of cranes walk past every day. The villa is in a very peaceful spot. It's also very conveniently located for the local facilities like Devanny’s pub, Walmart, Cagan Crossing restaurants, Louisa State Park and all of the restaurants and attractions on the 192. We visited the Old Town for the car and bike nights, Downtown Kissimmee for a walk around the Lakefront Park and to visit the Cuban Café and also Celebration for a walk around the walking trails. We also drove up to Clermont to the north for their Sunday market and Posner Park to the south mainly for the cinema and Books-a-Million. All are only short drives away. A slightly further drive away was Bok Tower gardens which was amazing and definitely worth a visit. We popped into the High Grove club house one day and Mike behind the desk there was very friendly and gave us a lot of local tips about restaurants and places to visit which was good. We also used the pool table, table tennis and air hockey a few times on nights in which was very enjoyable.

Just wanted to touch base after our vacation and forward through our thanks. Our 10 days staying at the property was lovely and despite the back and forth with the pool, my family had a very enjoyable time together.

We have stayed in a few villas in and around Orlando and this villa is by far one of the best we have stayed in. It was spacious, immaculately clean, well supplied with everything you could possibly want for your Disney vacation. It had amazing views especially being situated on a corner plot next to the lake. The pool was amazing and the outside space was such a lovely area to come home to after a busy day at the parks. The location was great not to far from Disney and Universal and near all amenities for supermarket shopping. We would def love to stay here again

Great villa, just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Disney but close enough to get there fast. This is a very well kept villa in a great community; this is my second time using the villa and can’t recommend it enough. Thank you

Just back from a fantastic holiday staying at the villa. Would definitely recommend - very clean and presented beautifully. The beds were comfy which was greatly appreciated after a long day in the parks!! The pool and spa were lovely to relax in and the kids loved the games room which was equipped with a pool table, air hockey and table tennis. Everything that we needed was there, definitely home from home.

The location, for us, was perfect. The villa itself is peaceful and we hardly heard anything from others in the surrounding villas. There are plenty of restaurants a short drive away and a huge Walmart only a couple of minutes drive away. It took us about 15 minutes to get to Animal Kingdom and just over half an hour to Universal Studios.

Would definitely recommend the villa. Mark the owner was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had.

This was a first time stay in High Grove. I have stayed in many communities off 192 and 27. Mr. Shield’s property by far is one of the top 2 we have enjoyed. Good location in a quiet neighborhood. Southern facing pool so that you can enjoy the sun most of the day. Definitely opt for the pool heat. You won’t be disappointed! Spa was super hot and pool was comfortable. Beds were clean and comfortable and no unpleasant smells in the house. A few minor cosmetic items but keep in mind you are in someone else’s house and not everyone treats it like they should. The 3 bathrooms were an added bonus along with the ping pong table in the garage. Beach towels and a cooler were available. All members of the group rated this a top property! I hate to say too much good because I will definitely rent here again and want it to be available
